On one occasion, a farmer's jackass fell into a well. The animal cried pathetically for a long time as the rancher attempted to sort out what to do. At last, he concluded the creature was old, and the all-around should have been concealed in any case; it simply wasn't worth the effort to recover the jackass. He welcomed every one of his neighbors to come over and help him. They generally snatched a digging tool and started to scoop soil into the well. From the get-go, the jackass acknowledged what was going on and cried appallingly. Then, at that point, incredibly, he calmed down.
A couple of digging tools load later, the rancher finally peered down the well and was astonished at what he saw. With each digging tool of soil that fell on his back, the jackass accomplished something astounding. He would shake it off and make a stride up. As the rancher's neighbors kept on scooping soil on top of the animal, he would shake it off and make a stride up.
Everybody was amazed as the jackass moved forward over the edge of the well and jogged off!
